Please accept this official contract and agreement for our organization to be named as a member or sponsor in 2024. I understand that Business Associate Members are encouraged to promote membership with NNFA/NALA and utilize membership benefits to the fullest, but that any inference to my organization being a preferred supplier to facilities is prohibited unless expressly agreed upon and as defined by NNFA/NALA. I agree to refrain from promoting my company’s goods and/or services during all provider member connections unless approved by NNFA/NALA. I understand that all benefits received under this membership and/or sponsorship are only for my organization (the applicant) and that no information, email content, login credentials, or any other benefits may be shared with any other organization or my clients. I also understand that this application and my organization’s intent and nature of business will be reviewed and approved by NNFA/NALA before benefits will be implemented, and that my membership may be cancelled at any time if my actions conflict with the mission, vision, values, or objectives of NNFA/NALA. I understand that some sponsorship opportunities have limited availability. In return for sponsoring, it is my understanding that my organization will receive recognition according to the entitlements of the agreed upon sponsorship. I understand and agree that full payment is due to the NNFA/NALA office before our organization will receive sponsorship recognition.
